Maybe it’s the smile they know by heart. Maybe it’s a glimpse of their child’s school-day personality.
While families wait, our Schoolhouse Pictures team reviews, naturally edits, and organizes each student’s photos. We’re preparing them for family galleries, school records, and yearbook pages, each with a different purpose.
What Families Can Expect
About three weeks after Picture Day, families will receive an email from Schoolhouse Pictures with a link to their child’s private gallery. They can browse the pictures and choose their favorites to order.
The online store offers digital images, prints, and other printed products. Print orders are shipped directly to families’ homes, so there are no forms or payments to send back to school. If families have a question about their gallery or order, the Schoolhouse Pictures Help Desk is happy to help.
What Schools Can Expect
Once the pictures are ready, school staff can log into and access the administrative portal to review student information and download the images they need for school records and the yearbook. Having it all in one place helps keep those tasks organized.

Years later, school pictures bring us right back to a familiar smile, a favorite shirt, the classmates we adored, and the school we called our own.
