Picture Day
What should my child wear?
Choose solid colors over busy patterns or logos
Please try not to wear white.
For younger kids, think cute and comfy. You want them excited and happy for Picture Day. Try not to worry if they insist on wearing their favorite costume or a mismatched outfit. If they love it, it will come through in the photos. This is a moment in time and it’s fun to look back and see who they were.
Any advice I can share with my child for the best photos?
Stand or sit up straight. Good posture conveys confidence and makes for a better photo.
A genuine smile makes all the difference. Encourage them to think of something happy or funny. And, don’t forget a real smile happens with your eyes too.
Look directly at the camera, not the photographer
Listen to the photographer’s instructions for posing and smiling.
Relax and Have Fun: The best photos come from a happy subject. Encourage them to enjoy the process and just have fun with it.
After Picture Day
When will we receive our pictures? Within 3 weeks following the last Picture Day
How will we receive our pictures? You will receive an email with a direct link to your child’s album. If it’s your first visit our store, you will need to create an account.
I did not receive an email. What should I do? Please check your SPAM folder. If you still don’t have a link, please reach out to [email protected] with your child’s name and school.

I only see one of my child’s albums. First, make sure to follow album links for each of your children. This is what adds the albums into your account. If you’ve done that, you can toggle between albums with the left drop-down menu.
I purchased digitals- where are they and how do I download them?
How do I order a Memory Mate?
What are Custom Prints, i.e. Memory Mates, Design Prints, Group Borders, Collages?
Why didn’t I get a class photo with my digital album download? We follow GDRP guidelines for privacy and security. For those reasons, we are unable to sell digital images of group photos.
When will I receive my order? Orders are printed within 3 business days and then shipped through Mail Innovations. You should receive via USPS within 15 business days.
What is that clock at the top of my screen? The clock counts down your 4-day discount period. During this time, print packages are deeply discounted.
