How To Order

Ordering is simple:

Log into the Online Store using the link in the email you received from us.
Choose your favorite photo(s).
Select from digital downloads, print packages, custom prints, or photo products.
Complete your order, and it will be shipped directly to your home.

Common Questions While Ordering

I only see one of my child’s albums.

First, make sure you follow the album links for each of your children. That’s what adds their albums to your account.

Once you’ve done that, you can toggle between albums using the drop-down menu on the left.

I purchased digitals – where are they and how do I download them?

You should receive your order through USPS within 15 business days.

What’s that clock at the top of my screen?

That clock shows how much time you have left in your 4-day discount window when print packages are deeply discounted.
